Message from the Head of School

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the Mutiara International Grammar School (MIGS) website.

MIGS is a small school which values and nurtures members of its community from Reception
through to Year 11. The school offers a UK National Curriculum based education which is
enhanced by including a comprehensive programme of extra-curricular activities and camps.

MIGS believes in developing the full potential of every student and to this end, programmes are
designed to nurture and develop academic, social and environmentally aware global citizens.

It is our aim for every student to leave MIGS having achieved the best they can through their
IGCSE results as well rounded, thoughtful and confident young men and women.

Our pupils come from all over the world and we celebrate this rich diversity at festival times and
throughout each school week.

This website will give you just a small snapshot of the school, but to truly appreciate the warm,
friendly and purposeful atmosphere I invite you to come and visit us and to see for yourself what
makes MIGS a happy, vibrant and caring school.
