Netball

	Our Netball CCA Programme / club are one of the most popular Club in many different programmes that we offer in Mutiara. Our Netball programme encourages the students to join our school netball team as well as trying to stay fit. We have around 20 students in our programme.

	Netball is played with 7 players aside. It is played on a rectangular court with a raised goal post on each side. Each team must try and attempt to score goals by passing the ball down the court and shooting it through the goal ring. There are 7 different positions you can play such as Goal Defence (GD), Goal Attack (GA), Wing Defence (WD), Wing Attack (WA), Centre (C), Goal Shooter (GS) and Goal Keeper (GK ).

	During our CCA, we start of by doing our warm ups such as stretching, running and drills. After that we proceed to start playing the game. The students would be divided into 2 groups and from there we start the game. When we play by ourselves during CCA, we play for 2 sets 20 minutes each set and rest in between 5 minutes.
